Hotel Il Palazzo impresses guests with its convenient location, close to Canal City and within walking distance of Tenjin and Hakata station, as well as the Nakasu Yatai Food Stall Street. Many appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms. The complimentary all-day dining, even before check-in, is frequently mentioned as a highlight and a great value, although some have found the food selection not huge. The hotel's architecture, reminiscent of the late 80s/early 90s, is also admired by some.

Average stay. Issues noted.

long elevator wait small room
The central location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
The room I booked, a Beautiful King Room Lounge Access, felt smaller than expected. the elevator wait times were excessive, particularly during peak hours. I often waited several minutes for an available elevator.
